Add and Update Users

You can add a new user by clicking on the "Add User" button which will open a new window and allow you to populate this users details. Updating an existing user can be done by either double clicking their entry within the list or by single clicking and selecting the "Update User" button, this will also open a new window allowing you to update this users details. You can add new or edit existing notes, view access events, view timesheet entries, view Co2 emissions, view CSCS card images and finally export some or all of their data.

User Details

Once inside the User Editor you have complete control over all of the users settings. These include personal details and emergency contact, CSCS card number and CSCS card images tab, vehicle details with Miles Per Visit Calculator for Co2, user strike system with barred user "attempted site access" notifications, fingerprint enrolment from BreeCS and iEvo application launch, user Time and Attendance for the current and previous month, Co2 Emissions data listing all entries with date and time stamping and the ability to enter a Pre-enrolment ID and auto populate a users details.
